MVI_0416  00:12 – 00:38  As to the public vehicle today, especially in this region Caraga, we need to improve. Why? Because we have so many public vehicles operating in our streets that are second hand or hand me down from other countries. We just re-assemble it and that’s it.

Bakit? Dahil ang isang sasakyan sa modernization so apat ang mga workers nito (explaining the schedule) isang shift yun, tapos 2 to 10 o so apat so may sahod yun. May sss, may philhealth, pag-ibig so 8 hours lang so kung hindi natin gagawin dahil iniispi ng iba yung mga driver na matanda na sila wla silang sss, walang…wala silang kasiguruhan  pero dito sa modernization may sss, may pag-ibig…at saka may regular rate (sweldo) sila kaya itong 800 500 ma up to 1000 yung sa ibang cooperative (explaining that the coop drivers have large pay) itong kaganda ang modernization

MVI_0390
